Fleasy is an initiative under the registered entity GLOBAL ACADEMY OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

The following captures the terms and conditions of operation of fleasy.lk for usage of the system, purchasing and selling products. It is advised that all entities that are using the services of the system agrees with the following and accept them to proceed with every transaction. The terms and conditions may change as the operations evolve, in order to keep all our users safe and all the transactions take place in a secure manner

Registration with fleasy.

1. Registration with fleasy requires standard authentication and information required for a transaction to take place end to end. Fleasy doesn’t capture of hold any information that is not mandatory for its operations. Any personal information captured under the system will be only for the purpose of Fleasy’s operations and will not be under any circumstances shared with any external party other than the direct stakeholders of the transactions. The direct stakeholders are the Delivery company and the charities the users decide to donate to.
2. Any information captured that are of sensitive nature will be completely secure in our databases. Fleasy doesn’t capture of hold financial information such as bank card details or account numbers as the system doesn’t process financials and it is completely done by a secure third-party payment gateway. Users of the system are advised to always refer to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider to stay secure and up to date.

Online payments

1. All payments are processed by the payment gateway and all purchases will be processed only after the confirmation of the payments.
2. As mentioned above, no personal financial information will be captured or stored within the scope of Fleasy and will be solely handled by the payment gateway.
3. Users are advised to not save any financial information on any online systems unless it’s a trusted system or devise.
4. Upon a successful payment, fleasy will update its records with the transaction information such as the payment amounts and deductions and discounts (if applicable) for its internal reporting and auditing purposes.
5. Fleasy will, upon a successful payment share the receipts and the purchase order with the user, which should be held for any future inquiries after the purchase. Fleasy would require those information for any future queries on any transaction.

Selling and purchasing items on Fleasy

1. Fleasy ensures that no personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers or email details are shared as a part of any of its transactions. The display name of any registered user will be set up by the users themselves, and Fleasy advises to keep the display names are anonymous and doesn’t give away any of your personal information.
2. Contacting sellers via Fleasy is restricted to the system and users shall not attempt to divulge any personal contact information as a part of the transaction as it violates the terms and conditions of anonymity. Any such information shared are reviewed and censored during the process of a sale (from the point of posting an ad to completion of a purchase). No phone numbers, addresses, names or email details shall be shared with anyone throughout the process of a purchase
3. Any problems encountered during a purchase should be immediately notified to the Fleasy helpdesk in order to prevent any further inconveniences as Flesy values the integrity of the transactions that take place within its span of control.
4. Internal messaging on the system will be monitored for any shared personal/contact information, and will be removed with a notification to the user. Any personal/contact information shared during the process of creation of an ad will also be removed with a notification to the user.

Creating ads to sell your products

1. All images of the products should be originals and shall not be downloaded from the internet as the downloaded images may have copyright restrictions. To ensure the genuineness of your products, always ensure that all images are taken by you and they are also recent captures of most current state of the product that you put on sale. Fleasy doesn’t hold any of your products during transit and will be completely handled by the delivery company from pick up to delivery to the buyer.
2. Fleasy will not share any of the images outside of the system and will be maintained in our fully secure databases as a part of the transaction.
3. As described in the section above, no personal/contact information will be needed on the content of the ad and will not be captured as well. The contact details at registration will be used to contact the seller if there are any queries or of the ad is incomplete, during its review process.
4. The delivery company will be contacting the seller during business hours when the item is sold and the payment is received. The seller agrees to provide genuine contact information and be available for contacting.

Buying products on Fleasy

1. Fleasy is not responsible for the state of the in comparison to the advertised version, as the seller is responsible to make sure that the transaction is completely genuine and put every effort to maintain the genuineness.
2. The buyer agrees to make every effort to make the payment process transparent and use personal financial information responsibly. Fleasy ensures the safety of financial transactions at all costs.
